Our story
I started Bilingual HR Consulting Firm because I saw a need in the market for a business that could provide bilingual HR services. I wanted to create a business that helps bridge the language gap between managers and employees, allowing both parties to communicate effectively and understand each other’s needs. My business provides services such as full-cycle recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations/engagement, training and development, policies and procedures, compliance, and HR consulting to organizations with bilingual employees. By providing these HR services, I hope to provide a more transparent and inclusive environment where communication is understood by all those within the organization.
